Ciao was a gem across from Termini! Trojan and the team were super helpful, giving great tips for exploring Rome. My room was comfy with a big bed, though the shower got a bit steamy. Perfect for easy access to sights and a cozy stay!

A well-maintained hotel in Rome with VERY ATTENTIVE staff on the night shift. Comfy beds and central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. Good location for enjoying restaurants and bars close to the property. 12 miles away from Ciampino airport.

perfect base for exploring iconic attractions and dining spots
The room was very clean, comfortable, and secure, and the hotel is right in front of termini station. There are so many great dining options nearby like trattoria galanti and mangrovia restaurant just a few steps away for a delicious meal.

The room's layout was compromised by the bidet. The entrance to the building lacked sufficient lighting and cleanliness, and a few security doors could evoke mixed feelings about safety. The shower temperature fluctuated, and the lack of US electrical outlets made charging devices a hassle.

Hotel Ciao impressed me with its fantastic location right across from Roma Termini station. This made our arrival and daily excursions convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a fridge and safe, which I found very handy for our sightseeing needs. The air conditioning worked like a charm. The reception staff were really nice, provided us with useful recommendations for local dining. I particularly appreciated the traditional Italian breakfast vouchers that allowed us to enjoy delicious morning meals nearby. On the downside, the walls were a bit thin, which could lead to some noise from neighbors. The overall experience and the attentive service outweighed this slight inconvenience.

The entrance to the building was not well-lit and lacked cleanliness.

Ciao is a culinary goldmine! I feasted on scrumptious Italian breakfast vouchers and nearby dining gems like Trattoria Galanti and Mangrovia Restaurant. The room was spacious and the staff showered us with insider tips for exploring Rome. It felt safe and the warm, cozy vibes.
Despite the A+ location, a few safety touches, like grab bars in the bathtub, would've been nice for our elderly crew.

Super friendly staff and perfect location!
The staff here were super helpful! They guided me through the must-see spots in Rome. The location is just a few steps from Termini. My room was clean and had all the basics covered. A tiny bummer was the shower temp kept changing. Oh, and try the cozy breakfast spots nearby, the pastries were delish!

I stayed in the Double Room at Hotel Ciao for 3 nights, and it was pretty decent! The room was clean and spacious, a plus after long days exploring Rome. Staff helped with really useful tips, and I liked the cozy atmosphere. A couple of things felt off, though-the shower temperature was fluctuating a bit, and I could hear noise from the next room at times. But for the price and location, it's hard to complain too much!
